Reducing the environmental impacts to improve user experience

With the help of the GreenConcept program from the ADEME and CCI Occitanie, an LCA was used to identify the main sources for environmental impacts and reduce them.
The method to gather data was changed, a dashboard was replaced by a regular email and the application was redesigned to be mobile-first.
